Only one person at a time can stay at The Retreat. You will be alone, to give you privacy and the time and space to rest and re-set.

Unfortunately not. This is not designed as a family holiday. The Wellness Retreat offers a personalised programme of therapy to help you overcome your anxiety and stress.

In a very beautiful part of North Cornwall, situated in 9 acres of beautiful countryside, yet only 2 miles from the Atlantic Ocean.

By car, train or aeroplane! We can arrange collections from Exeter train stations, and the airport, or Newquay airport. If your train arrives at a station not mentioned, please let us know and we will see what we can arrange for you.

Stays of three or five days are available at The Retreat which means a 4 or 6 night stay)

Your accommodation in a 2 bedroom cosy cottage; luxury toiletries, breakfast, lunch and dinner, exclusive access to a private garden and patio, full use of the grounds, and daily, personal therapy with Sarah.
